Hans Huggler
Principal
I grew up outside Portland, Oregon and am admitted to practice in Alaska, Oregon, and Washington. I graduated from Oregon State University and Lewis & Clark Law School, served as a law clerk with the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, and worked for seven years at a full-service law firm where I represented disability insurers in benefits lawsuits. I hold a Masters of Law from McGill University’s Faculty of Law and a Masters of Science from the London School of Economics & Political Science. I am a co-author on the ERISA chapter in the Oregon Bar Books and my work has been published in the Lewis & Clark Law Review, McGill’s Annals of Air & Space Law, and the SMU Journal of Air Law & Commerce. Alongside my law practice I serve as a paid-on-call firefighter in my community.

I’m from Lincoln, Nebraska and am admitted to practice law in Alaska, Oregon, Washington, and California. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Harvard Law School. After school I clerked for a justice of the Alaska Supreme Court in Anchorage and for the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in Omaha.
